MURDER! (mystery) at the Hell Hotel

I was a co-developer of this game along with Sophia Akhavan. Together, we created the game concept and wrangled together the murder mystery. Sophia created all of our incredible art assets, and we split the writing and engineering evenly. We also had the pleasure of working with several composers from Berklee College of Music. This project taught me formal production processes as we operated with set deadlines for a vertical slice, alpha, beta, and release candidate builds. It was also great practice for writing comedy, and taught me a great deal about how to write a mystery and give clues/information to players without spoon-feeding it to them so they still feel like they solved it on their own.
